    Students/school staff have access to a portal where they can request assets and view current assets checked out, along with their return dates. The administrative/supervisor users can approve or reject asset requests. Warehouse staff will issue assets based on the approved requests. Warehouse staff will inspect and receive/check in the assets from the students/staff upon return. Students/staff can create tickets for repair support or to report lost assets.
